Kintsugi Epoxy Putty Red is a replacement for Sabi used in traditional kintsugi repairs. This sabi alternative has the features and benefits of sculpting clay with the adhesive power of epoxy! Its smooth, putty-like consistency is easy to mix & use. Self-hardens and cures hard in 24 hrs to semi-gloss finish. Adheres to nearly any surface. Great for filling small imperfections in a piece after initial repair as well as sculpting large areas of loss. It accepts urushi and epoxy topcoats as well as bonds to metal powders by itself. This is a great materials that is used in restoration and kintsugi repairs. Red is prefered as the undercoat for gold repairs.
This is for a 20 g amount. 10g or slightly more of each part.
